After LHS
I took one short course at KU and some art classes...was an underachiever, I am afraid.

Employment
I work in a retail store. Sometimes I am a floral designer; sometimes a cashier; sometimes I do the equivalent of store designs and windows. When the mood strikes me, I paint canvases to sell in California and fly out to paint murals. I have painted them for home tours in Manhattan Beach, sponsored by social groups at holiday time, and actually have one coming up to do for a movie producer's children. (I like saying that...hehe.)

Hearth & Home
I was married to Ken Coffman for 30 years and now am divorced. I have two grown children: Jill, who owns a children's store and resides in Manhattan Beach, Calif., and Josh, a computer guru of some sort who protects websites all over the country for the U.S. Department of Agriculture. Jill's children's store, SPROUT, was just featured in BEST OF LA magazine for being the best children's store in the Los Angeles area. I take great pride in the success and happiness of my children. I also have two grandchildren, Sammy and Tillie. Oh yes...and the smartest dog in the entire world, Luna.

The Other Stuff
I belonged to the Fort Collins Junior League for many years and served on committees, including The Garden Tour (fundraising) and a very rewarding two years on a Health Van. The Health Van was a completely free, no-questions-asked health care system. Doctors and dentists all provided pro bono health care to indigents and illegal aliens, including necessary surgeries. One doctor even adopted three children who were born in a crack house. It was a wonderful experience to see the dedication of these medical professionals. During my two years of service, our committee got invited to visit with the president to explain our system. What's still left to do? Just keep breathing; the rest follows.

My Memories of LHS
I remember fondly so many things, so many people. I remember not so fondly so many things, so many people.
