Services
for Claude “C.F.” Boyd, 57, Tacoma, Wash., will be at 1:30
p.m. Sunday in Danforth Chapel at Kansas University.
Mr. Boyd
died Monday, Jan. 2, 2006, at his home.
He was
born May 11, 1948, in La Junta, Colo., the son of Howard and
Grace A. Boyd. He lived in Lawrence more than 20 years.
Mr. Boyd
was a musician and salesman.
Survivors include his mother, of Lawrence; three sons: Mark,
Tacoma, Chad, Atlanta, and Sean, Fort Worth; a daughter,
Carrie Redmond, Dallas; two brothers, Charles, Lawrence, and
Howard “Pinky,” Albany, Ore.; a sister, Rebecca McGoff,
Lawrence; seven grandchildren; and former spouse, Mary Lou
Boyd, Fort Worth.
